Kristi Hassinger joined the MJ team as a client executive in our Benefits Consulting department. Recognizing Kristi’s ability to maximize efficiencies and lead, she was quickly promoted to director of operations.
At MJ, Kristi is responsible for the professional development of team members, including career and training paths for the Benefits Consulting department. She also oversees the Account Management team in our Benefits Consulting department. In addition, Kristi develops and oversees the operational framework for the benefits consulting team while continually bringing additional ways to deliver an exceptional client experience to fruition.
