Kelly Hughes joined the MJ team as a client executive in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Kelly is responsible for the communication, accountability, and execution of annual service plans. She also oversees claims and experience modification reviews, industry benchmarking, claims drill-downs, and alternative modeling. In addition, Kelly manages the coordination of carrier activities, audit support, plan analysis and evaluation, along with prescription program analysis and recommendations.
Kelly has over a decade of relevant employee benefits consulting experience. Utilizing her industry experience to support her current role, Kelly serves as the internal conduit or “quarterback” between analytics, wellness, communication, and compliance to ensure all teams within the Benefits Consulting department work seamlessly to execute personalized client strategies. Her dedication to creating an exceptional client experience makes her an immense value add to the MJ team.
