Isaac Ruiz joined the MJ team as an associate client manager in our MJ Retirement department and was quickly promoted to the role of client manager. Isaac is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for existing retirement clientele. He works to oversee plan processes, conducts extensive plan document review, and provides operational support to the team’s retirement advisors.
Prior to MJ, Isaac accumulated experience in the motor vehicle manufacturing industry, where he developed a passion for delivering the highest level of customer care with a focus on interpreting data. He has seamlessly transferred this dedication to his current role, navigating the dynamic landscape of the retirement industry while upholding the commitment to providing exceptional client service.
