Grace Harley joined the MJ team as a senior client manager in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Grace works closely with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and advocacy teams to execute client healthcare and benefits strategies. Her responsibilities include collaborating with consultants on renewal services and contracts, reviewing plan design summaries and maintaining productive relationships with carrier, TPA, and vendor personnel.
Prior to joining the MJ team, Grace earned over four years of industry experience working at a global insurance brokerage and risk management firm. In her previous roles, Grace was responsible for fostering partnerships and solving complex problems for client’s benefit programs. Through these unique experiences, Grace discovered her passion for client service and designing benefit programs that align with an organization’s overall goals and objectives. Her attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills make her an invaluable asset to both our clients and the MJ team.
