Emma Tawney joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Emma ensures smooth day-to-day operations of our existing employee benefits clientele. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting clients, Emma’s responsibilities also include working alongside her team to review policy details and ensure accuracy of open enrollment information for clients
Prior to MJ, Emma studied at the University of Arizona, where she earned her degree in information sciences along with a minor in marketing. Emma uses the knowledge she gained through her studies to work with our analytics team to analyze claims information and develop additional reporting for our clients. Her problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset make her an outstanding addition to our team.
