Debbie Roeder has been a valuable part of the MJ team since 1998, when she first joined as an account manager in our Personal Insurance department. From there, she progressed to personal insurance manager, where she oversaw the Personal Insurance team while also providing exceptional service to our esteemed clients.
Recently, Debbie made a seamless transition from her managerial role to take on the role of client executive. With a focus on personalized service and a consultative approach, Debbie helps clients understand their coverage options while acting as an advocate on their behalf. Leveraging over 40 years of experience, Debbie collaborates closely with the Personal Insurance team to understand clients’ lifestyle needs and develop tailored insurance programs aligned with those unique needs.
