Branden Bushelle joined the MJ team as a database analyst in the Benefits Consulting department and has since been promoted to manager of data and automation. In his role, Branden manages all database processing functions, including merging, purging, and cleaning data. Branden also plays a critical role in developing and implementing databases and providing analytics to optimize efficiency and quality for MJ’s clientele.
Prior to MJ, Branden’s previous experiences included engineering, with an interest in data integration, making him an excellent fit for this position. Branden brings with him a robust ability to use his innovative mindset to problem-solve and develop solutions that enable MJ to be the tech-enabled, data-driven organization that it is today.
