Becca Thompson joined the MJ team as a client services coordinator in our Benefits Consulting department. At MJ, Becca is responsible for providing high-quality internal client service, strategic coordination, and comprehensive administrative support throughout the client lifecycle. She also plays a crucial part in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with the MJ team.
Prior to MJ, Becca gained valuable client service experience in her previous role as an Operations Support Coordinator at a Health and Wellness firm. During that time, she worked directly with members, tracked and executed onboarding processes, project managed, and handled reporting.
