Andrew “Andy” Vetor began his insurance career in 2002 as an employee benefits consultant at MJ and quickly grew to become one of the agency’s top performers. His track record for growth and leadership has continued to develop throughout his career, as he became one of the youngest partners in company history. In 2022, Andy advanced to the role of president – benefits consulting, chief growth officer, solidifying his status as a key figure within MJ’s leadership as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
At the helm of MJ’s Benefits Consulting department, Andy oversees the strategic evolution of MJ’s Employee Benefits, Retirement and Total Rewards practice groups. He also leads the efforts behind growth and sales across the enterprise, playing an integral role in MJ’s expanding national footprint. In a landscape that’s ever-changing, Andy’s passion for innovation and client excellence and deep understanding of market dynamics have helped propel MJ forward, fortifying its position as a leading player in the employee benefits and risk management space.
