Andrea Kron joined the MJ team as a client manager in the Benefits Consulting department. In her role, she provides daily advocacy and support services to clients, including collaborating with consultants on renewal services and contracts, reviewing plan design summaries, and fostering productive relationships with carrier, TPA, and vendor partners. Andrea actively engages with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and advocacy teams to implement comprehensive healthcare and benefits strategies for our clients. Andrea’s multifaceted contributions help ensure our clients receive tailored and effective solutions for all their benefits needs.
Andrea has 20 years of experience in employee benefits and human resources roles, including 19 years in benefits administration and management for several Colorado-based companies across a variety of industries. Prior to joining MJ, she served as a Benefits Lead for a large Colorado-based aerospace and technology company where she managed 401(k), pension, and health and welfare benefits programs. Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge to her current role and is passionate about cultivating meaningful partnerships with our clients.
