Amy Davis joined the MJ team in 2015 as a client executive in our Benefits Consulting department. Since joining, Amy has held various seats within the department, such as the director of strategy and operations and the vice president of client experience. She is now serving as the vice president of growth + development for the Indiana employee benefits team.
In her role, Amy is responsible for developing and executing the most cost-effective and strategic benefit options for clients in alignment with their business goals and corporate objectives. Amy also oversees the coordination of carrier activities. She acts as the internal conduit between analytics, wellness, communications, and compliance to ensure that all teams within the Benefits Consulting department work seamlessly to execute personalized client strategies.
