Hannah Natschke

Hannah Natschke joined the MJ team as a people + culture coordinator within the Learning + Development department. In her role, Hannah plays an integral part in advancing MJ’s people strategy by coordinating onboarding, learning and development, and culture programs that shape the associate experience from day one. She partners closely with business leaders and teams across the organization to ensure associates have access to structured onboarding resources, career development tools, and the learning materials they need to grow and thrive.

Hannah brings a well-rounded foundation to her role, having gained experience across insurance, financial advisory, and human services environments through a series of internships and positions earlier in her career. Most notably, her time in a multi-department internship at an insurance agency gave her exposure to HR, operations, sales, and marketing—a broad vantage point that informs how she approaches her work at MJ with both curiosity and collaboration. Her genuine investment in people, paired with her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, makes her a natural fit for the people-first culture that MJ is known for.
