Suzanne Lentz assumed the role of learning + onboarding manager in our Benefits Consulting department upon joining the MJ team. In her role, Suzanne oversees the onboarding and training of all new associates who join our Benefits Consulting team. She ensures that each team member is fast-tracked on a path to success, setting the foundation for a career journey that is impactful for both our associates and our clients. Suzanne’s ability to facilitate trainings that are both meaningful and aligned with our organizational values makes her an invaluable asset to the MJ team.
Prior to joining MJ, Suzanne gained experience in the healthcare industry as a senior project manager. During this time, she developed strategies for the management and execution of system-wide employee engagement and recognition programs impacting over 40,000 employees. She worked to build resources and training that supported these initiatives and gained the trust of leaders across business units, enhancing their understanding and participation.
