Becca Thompson

Becca Thompson joined the MJ team as a client services coordinator in our Benefits Consulting department. At MJ, Becca is responsible for providing high-quality internal client service, strategic coordination, and comprehensive administrative support throughout the client lifecycle at the direction of client executives. She is also crucial in aiding the Benefits Consulting department with ensuring client engagement remains thoughtful to foster long-term relationships.

Prior to MJ, Becca gained valuable client service experience in her previous role as an Operations Support Coordinator for Sharecare Inc. During that time, she worked directly with members, tracked and executed onboarding processes, project management roles, and reporting.
