Isaac Ruiz joined the MJ team as an associate client executive in our MJ Retirement department. Isaac is responsible for overseeing plan processes, conducting extensive plan document review, and providing operational support to the team’s retirement advisors. He will collaborate closely with these advisors to ensure successful execution of their retirement and financial wellbeing strategies, while ensuring that we provide top-of-the-line customer support to our clients.
Prior to MJ, Isaac accumulated experience in the motor vehicle manufacturing industry, where he developed a passion for delivering the highest level of customer care with a focus on interpreting data. He has seamlessly transferred this dedication to his current role, navigating the dynamic landscape of the retirement industry while upholding the commitment to providing exceptional client service.
