Claire (CiCi) O’Connell joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department and and was quickly promoted to a client manager. In her role, CiCi collaborates with client executives, vendors, and partners to manage changes, renewals, and new coverage options. CiCi also supports the day-to-day operations and works closely with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and advocacy teams to execute client healthcare and benefits strategies.

Prior to MJ, CiCi studied at the University of Arizona where she earned her degree in journalism along with a minor in communication. Honing in on what she learned from her studies, CiCi uses her excellent communication and writing skills to serve as a dedicated advocate on our clients’ behalf. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her an outstanding addition to our team.
