Payton Greenlee joined the MJ team as a risk management intern. Following graduation, she joined MJ full-time as an associate in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department and quickly progressed to the role of associate client executive. Payton plays a key role in shaping and carrying out thoughtful, forward-looking risk management strategies that help protect and strengthen our clients’ operations.
Known for her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, Payton takes the time to understand each client’s unique challenges and goals. She designs tailored, practical plans that integrate seamlessly into day-to-day operations while addressing both immediate risks and long-term resilience. With a steady, proactive mindset, she ensures every strategy remains effective, adaptable, and built to deliver lasting results.
Payton’s journey with MJ began when she interned in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department while pursuing her studies at Butler University. This experience enabled her to gain valuable insights into the inner workings of various departments, including analytics, risk services, risk transfer, sales, claims, and advocacy.
