Diona Berzoza joined the MJ team in 2010 as a marketing coordinator in the Benefits Consulting department and has since transitioned to serving as a client executive while also leading the account management team. Diona and her team work to develop, integrate, and manage tailored benefit solutions that best fit their clients’ needs. Diona’s areas of expertise include: contract negotiation, plan analysis, cost-saving strategies, benefits administration, marketing, customer service plans, claims processing, wellness and consumer-driven health programs.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Diona has become well-versed in all aspects of employee benefit management and health care. Prior to MJ, she worked as an account executive and marketing coordinator at Duley Bolwar & Associates, as well as a claims analyst at Schaller Anderson. While there, she worked with mid-market and large employer groups across a range of industries.
