Though based in Indianapolis, Dhamecha will oversee MJ’s pharmacy practice, MagniPhy Pharmacy Solutions, nationwide and will support all pharmacy needs across the enterprise. Her expertise includes in-depth knowledge of managed care, pharmacy benefits, specialty pharmacy, population health and beyond.

Dhamecha has more than 30 years of experience in pharmacy benefits administration and most recently served as pharmacy vice president and clinical thought leader at a British American professional services firm. She holds a doctorate in pharmacy from The Ohio State University.
