Leigh brings with her nearly 20 years of experience in leading HR functions across complex organizations. Her demonstrated expertise spans a wide range of areas, including strategic planning, organizational communication, talent acquisition, compensation administration, performance management, and career development. Crick’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Kentucky University, along with an MBA specializing in HR.

Renowned for her remarkable leadership qualities and extensive industry knowledge, Leigh Crick has earned deep respect within the business community. Notably, she served as the President of IndySHRM, the Central Indiana chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
