PHOENIX (May 3, 2022) – The MJ Companies, a leading risk management and employee benefits agency for more than 50 years, has been named one of Phoenix Business Journal’s 2023 Healthiest Employers. The company received third place in the small company category.  

Healthiest Employers, a national awards program, uses a comprehensive online assessment to evaluate companies based on Six Pillars of Wellness including culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communications and marketing, programming and interventions, as well as reporting and analytics. The program is administered by Springbuk, a health data analytics platform.
